WORST HOSPITAL EVER ICU AND NEUROLOGIST STAFF ARE VERY RUDE !!
I went to the ER for very bad rin pain and they say they saw nothing and gave me a prescription for ibuprofen and some painful shot in my arm that helped absolutely nothing. I'm still in pain a week later. They talked as if I was just making up a invisible pain. I basically diagnosed myself based on the knowledge I got from passed doctors. This is not my first experience with this reoccurring issue so I'm familiar with what they should've said and I even told them what previous doctors have informed me and what was prescribe... read more
Care was great. Billing stinks. 60k when it should be $18 and they can’t get it rectified. I am beyond livid!!
Clean, nice, and recommended. What they don’t tell you is how the overnight emergency staff doesn’t really care about you as a patient, they would rather harass you about really being sick or even needing medical attention. Worse experience at a hospital ever, I am contacting the state board!
RecommendedI would absolutely recommend St. Joseph to anyone. I came into the ER for appendicitis. I was in room 433 and the two ladies who got me settled in were AMAZING, very sweet and caring. My two male nurses, Borin and Matt, were both amazing and very caring. Matt always made small talk with me and made sure I had everything I needed. My surgery went great, and my nurses were amazing! Thank you guys!!❤️
I have to say what a wonderful staff 4 west at St. Joseph Medical center is. These people go above and beyond to provide excellent care and are so kind. Thank you Florah, Karen, Carol, Lauren, Lacey, Laticia, Cindie, June, Dana, and the rest of you for making me comfortable and my stay as pleasant as possible. You all are sweet sweet angels!

My dad has been there for a week. First they say he has pneumonia then a nurse said it’s just the flu and now they’re back to saying he has pneumonia. He’s been moved a couple of times and nobody bothered to tell us, then a nurse tells my mom he has afib so they run tests and everything was fine. Yesterday we were told he could come home then today we find out he had a CT scan and they upped his oxygen from 1 Ltr to 4 and they say he’s got plaque in his veins. They won’t allow visitors even after being told we could. There is no game plan. No one will contact his wife or family. My father has NO clue what is going on. No body is talking to him or his family. This is BEYOND RIDICULOUS. Nurses are VERY rude.
