This was my first experience with SJH and it couldn't have been better. I had surgery and it all started with my pre op appointment with all the lovely nurses and surgery coordinator(S). The morning of surgery I was met with a warm smile, although not sure how this was possible being it was 0600am. But, Jody, at the front desk admin was more than pleasant and was very welcoming.
