I decided to try St. Jospeh Pediatrics because many families spoke highly about the NP Heather Merril who works there. Sadly, that provider was not accepting new patients so we decided to try someone available. We were assigned to NP Louise Mermer, and it was the worst choice that I have ever made for my baby. She blamed me for my baby not having enough weight just after I told her the amount of vomiting that he was struggling with. I've been going since I was a child and on vacation I had a seizure and developed a respiratory infection and they haven't helped at all. I've come in 3 times and they haven't done anything at all. It's been going on for a year now and I'm changing doctors because this is insane. I need actual help and you've provided nothing and it's gotten worse.
Louise is awesome! My kids were so happy on how she handled them. Very professional and well with kids. It seemed as if they had known each other for a while when it was actually their first time. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a paediatrician.
