I went into the ER while experiencing anaphylaxis. ER staff let me sit in the waiting room for an hour without care. By some stroke of luck after an hour the reaction started to dissipate and I left to go to the Skagit walk in clinic where I was seen immediately. No one ever so much as checked on me while I was at Providence. I was completely ignored. I filed a formal complaint against the hospital but unsurprisingly nothing came of it. I now have a prescription for epi-pens. This experience was the final straw with Proivden... read more

I once thought I recommended you! If it’s the 6th floor, or 3A, that makes me less human, your actions say. My father-in-law was recently taken to Providence Colby Campus in Everett, WA. He was brought in for a sudden onset of Parkinson’s and Dementia issues. Overnight, he seemed to lose five years’ worth of memories, and was in fact vomiting, unsteady, and fluctuating between too hot, and too cold. He was admitted from the ER for observation and more testing. After a few da...Continue Reading

Terrible Emergency room and even worse doctors. This place was disgusting and they kept me in the ER for three nights and never cleaned the room or followed up with after discharge. I had a seizure and was never tested properly. Dr would not even speak with me or my family at discharge. He did his communication through multiple nurses who all had different opinions. Stick with Seattle if You ever have an emergency situation.
