I loved my care team. I was welcomed and felt very comfortable being hospitalized and going through surgery. If I ever need another surgery in the future, or have an emergency, Providence is the top of my list.

I have never had better care with any other medical plan or hospital than here. I have been with them for around 6 years or so and would never go back to Kaiser. They have cared for me with every bit of attention and care as anyone can.
I took my daughter in who's eye was bleeding and stuck shut. we got there before a rush and just after 2 others people. they made us sit and wait in the ER for 3 hours. when I asked how much longer it would be I was being kind. the rude lady at the front tells me they basically take people back that are closer to death first. everyone that came in after us got seen first and they were perfectly fine and NOT close to death. ridiculous! parents don't waste your time with these people. The staff here is the best! Such amazing Dr's, Nurses, and CNA'S and lets not forget the House keepers and all the staff in the coffee shops and downstairs in the cafeteria. Everyone cares about you and each other. The Best!!!
Got also the rush job on stabling my diabetic level was at 532 how can come down to 290 in 2 hours n you discharge someone I had worse pain after left all night stomach issues realistically should kept few days n brought level way more down even were quick to rush me out stay stay away I’m going to another hospital
I am always treated with Respect and given information that I can understand. Waiting time is never bad and have been going for years.
Some of the staff is cruel and spiteful, they treat people with disrespect and purposely damage their dignity. Then after a complaint is filed about such behavior, they retaliate by using the threat of the coronavirus as a means to scare their patients into leaving. This is horrible treatment towards a person whom suffers from social fears and anxieties already.
