What's wrong with this picture....got a call from Tustin police that my niece was being taken to a hospital in an ambulance but couldn't tell her where or why. We found her at the ER here but she doesn't have a room yet and 2 HOURS later we still don't even know what happened and nobody is even a little helpful or compassionate. But security did ask us to move to the back of the waiting room so we left our seats only to find nowhere to sit in the back.
I love this hospital this is my hospital of choice and preference. I had the best doctors here perform 11 out of my 13 surgeries here my other 2 were at Memorial Hospital in Huntington Beach which is also another great hospital but this one holds it down for me I always know I will be very well taken care of here
I was in Emergency yesterday and before I was admitted to the hospital! But I must say The staff in emergency was kind and caring! However my experience on the 4th Floor in the room 2405 was cruel and unusual punishment! First of all the the Call Light pager to call for help in the bathroom is not answered! I really needed help.and I paged 4 times and no answer! The toilet seat was jiggly and unstable! It moved because the fastener was missing! The maintenance man is fixing it right now!
