I had an ER visit. I had never been there before. Signage could be a bit better as I ended up in CHOC ER first and was told it happens all the time. They gave me immediate attention and easily transported me to the Adult ER. The girl at the CHOC ER desk was great. The nurse and the triage guy were excellent and kind. At the Adult ER my nurse, the Dr, and the 2 respiratory techs were fantastic. I was treated with great care. They got me stablilized very quickly and my treatment eased my condition right away. St. Joseph is an excellent hospital. They took such great care of my daughter during her pregnancy and birth of my granddaughter. Dr. Geddes and the nurses are amazing and caring and I couldn't have asked for better care of my family. Thank you for all that you do.
The staff is very polite and courteous to us. Quickly attended to our emergency. I have always said this is the number 1 hospital
