Very unprofessional. I had been seeing Shelly for over 10 years, and after she left I received a letter saying I’d be set up with a new practitioner. I called in March 2025 and was told I’d be scheduled for August and would get a call back. It’s now September, and I never heard from anyone. When I followed up, I was told they haven’t replaced Shelly, can’t schedule me, and that I should contact my primary instead. They could have easily called or sent another letter to update me, but didn’t.
She left suddenly abandoning me and other patients. Then the practice said that I would need to find someone else because they were not going to hire anyone else. The members of office staff were rude and unhelpful. I'd rate them a zero but in order to post, I have to give them at least a 1 star rating.
