Unprofessional and seemingly unqualified staff had a resident named Joe i believe who read our blood type wrong (almost putting me on RhoGam) and made several glaring errors during a pelvic exam. Ultrasound tech was not there at the hospital so I had to wait hours to get properly diagnosed for the procedure I needed where the surgeon also ran late. Recovery nurse was abrasive and rude and rushed me out on top of checking her Instagram in front of my husband while I recovered.

This hospital completely failed me as a patient. I came in with severe pain, clearly needing medical attention, and instead of being cared for, I was ignored, dismissed, and sent home without answers. No one took my pain seriously. There was zero urgency, zero compassion, and zero accountability. I repeatedly explained how much pain I was in, yet the staff acted like it didn’t matter. I called to see if a 23 year old man was ok . He was in motor cycle accident accident. Now I realize they can't give me information. I get it The nurse who answered was obnoxious. to me . Have a little heart. I was there with him saw everything. My heart is heavy . I just want to know if he's ok
