I went into the ED via ambulance for SI. I was left alone in a hallway. I almost walked out the front door. I felt extremely unsafe the whole time I was there (3 nights). They confused my meds and got angry at me for pointing it out. They sent food that I'm allergic to. I had Tylenol withheld. I fell twice. I was disrespected, unheard, and unsafe.

The staff here is horrible! My face is completely swollen due to an infection in my tooth. They allowed a trainee to put my iv in without telling me it was a trainee and when I told the gentlemen that hes supposed to tell me that stuff, he then started being a smart ass saying "hope ill get it" n " us staff can talk how we want here" n even tried withholding my pain meds from me. I cant even open my mouth n was being teased with pain meds cuz I mentioned the trainee to him n that I should have been told b4 she stuck me. ALSO... read more

Had a hamstring injury with severe pain and they prescribed me meds for a pharmacy that wouldn’t be open for 2 days. Ended up waiting for 4+ hours having to go back to figure out how to cope with the pain just to leave because of incompetence. Might be the worst emergency hospital in the entire continental United States

I walked into this hospital and I walked back out. It was so old and I didn’t like the smell of it. The place was not inviting. I’d never go back there.
