Brought my toddler here for a painful wrist we suspected was broken. They missed his broken wrist on X-rays they took and told us to just do Tylenol and bring him to his pediatrician if pain persists. Well, it was broken and they completely missed it, we found out a day later when his pediatrician ordered more X-rays. As a licensed veterinary nurse who has taken thousands of radiographs, I find the doctor on their staff a bit incompetent to have missed it as the pediatrician said it was incredibly clear on his X-rays.
Went to the St.Joseph ER yesterday afternoon. The people there were really great and helped me get some really fast treatment. So professional!!
