The worst, never, ever take a family member here. My husband waited 71/2 for a severe dog bite and developed sepsis. He finally left when the gave him a puke bag.
My nurse Liz was absolutely incredible. So so so nice, patient, spent a lot of time talking to me and making me comfortable, super smart and just so friendly: she made me laugh during a crappy time and I’m so thankful she was my nurse.
Worst place on the earth. They just make you to wait
This place is really awful. I had to take my wife there because she was in severe pain. After a three hour wait, hardly anyone had been seen. Other people, also suffering badly had been there longer - one man asked if there was any chance he could get help and was basically told "tough shit, you have to wait". We gave up and went to SNH urgent care and my wife was seen within 10 minutes, had x-rays, got medication - we were out within an hour and she is doing much better.
