I took my daughter to St. Joes in Brighton on Thanksgiving day because she had a severe UTI. Everyone was awesome. We were in and out in about 2 hours
I don’t know whose mistake this is but I called 7 hours prior about a take home note to provide to my professors so I could do my final and they said it would be ready for me to pick it up anytime of the day. Fast forward I’m here and I’ve been waiting for two hours because it’s “busy”.

Was there for stomach pain on a Saturday, was there for 5 plus hours, one blood test and some iv fluids and was charged 2000 plus dollars. Staff was great, I just don't think the cost reflects my needed medical care.
