They are the worst and very unprofessional! This company does not care about comfort they care about the dollar. Prepare to buy your own supplies because they protect their supplies like its gold! You will not be allowed to change your patient more than 15 times a week unless you buy your own pampers wipes and pads! If you do buy your own and they see it they will not bring any supplies until they have exhausted all what you have bought and then put their patients on a limit. St. Joseph’s honestly was the best thing for my mother when she became terminal, they were there for anything we needed. Camelle was a very compassionate nurse to my mother she grew a bond with him and he was very caring! Tasha was awesome from the first interaction to the last she checked in daily & made sure there was nothing we would need. Such a wonderful place & I highly recommend Camelle & Tasha!! Thank you both for doing what you’ve done for my family
Tasha explained the process of hospice and our options. She spent a lot of time explaining all of our options for this difficult time. She is kind and caring. She prepared me with a back up plan and then she set up the deli of equipment (right on time) transport of my sick partner, and a informative nurse, Christine, who stayed until almost midnight making sure all medications were in order. The equipment man, Michael explained each pice of equipment, and I understood. I hope their care and kindness continues as this process... read more
