I felt very rushed during my appointment. The doctor didn’t take the time to answer my questions and came across as impatient and dismissive. He said he could only address one condition and that the rest would have to wait for another visit. I understand there may be policies, but the way it was communicated felt cold and unhelpful. One of the receptionists was extremely rude to my mother when she got a call back regarding a message she had sent them about a bill concern. My mom was trying to explain to her she had gotten a physical so insurance should have covered but on their end they put a different code that wasn’t for a physical, thus the insurance not covering for the costs. Physician Assist, Martin Waltsak, was incredibly rude and inappropriate during my telephone visit. He was combative and kept interrupting me; was not wanting to order simple, routine tests and screenings. Zero customer service skills or compassionate care; please get some training in how to conduct yourself like a professional. Really disturbing that a provider like this is being a barrier and stressor for patients going through serious health issues. Please save your judgements and agenda for your own personal time.

I love the Drs here, but the front desk needs a lot of work. I tried rescheduling my appointment today. A receptionist was unhelpful, rude and disrespectful. Had the nerve to hang up on me when i wasn't even done asking my following question. This looks very unprofessional. And i suggest you hire people that can handle better customer service.
