I had a zio patch prior to a medical procedure and needed to know the results of my test. When I was there getting the patch, they said I could have the results in a week. When I called for the results, they said it would be 2-4 weeks and the receptionist I spoke with was ridiculously impatient with me. I explained I was uncertain if I should have the procedure if my test results were unfavorable. She was rude and sarcastic. Completely unhelpful, and if this is the reflection of the office, I'd never go here.
