This is for the admin/front office staff. We are rarely able to reach ANYONE by phone, no matter the extension we try (over and over). They do not even have an attendant number to reach ANYONE AT ALL to answer a question or direct you otherwise. Their admin/front office is fairly understaffed and undertrained. Despicable thing in healthcare when people are at their worst and seek kindness and help. The 2 stars are because the care team does care and is knowledgeable.
Don’t waste your time here. I had a 2:30 appt for a DOT physical on 12/29/25. I arrived at 2:10 and paid the $75 fee. I had paper work turned in by 2:25. I sat and waited until 3:45 before I had to leave for another appt. When I went to the front desk to get my $75 back I was told that they could not give a refund bc their supervisor had to approve it and wasn’t there. They’re supposed to refund my CC and send and email once they do, haven’t received it as of yet.
Trash trash horrible got my husbands appointment confused and had us wait for express care and then told us that was wrong we needed occupational care so sent us there and had us wait 3 hours past his appointment time and left him hurting and they didn't even care worst place ever don't go there companies need to find somewhere else to use workman's comp not this place
My experience at this office was the worst I have ever experienced. I went in for a routine work ordered yearly physical. I was put in a storage room with items such as a hula hoop, a ladder, a shovel, and an abundance of old PT equipment. The "exam table" in the room was dusty and dirty with no paper in sight (which I was later told to lay on).
