Before I leave this review I'd like to say it is NOT about the N.P. I saw for years. Her name is Kathryn Bryant and she is great at her job. Friendly and thorough I always felt comfortable seeing her. 5 stars for her! This is about the care facility itself. I just found out that they drop you as a patient if you haven't come in for an appointment within two years. Since I hadn't seen my N.P. since 2021 they dropped me as a patient. Since establishing care almost ten years ago we’ve had many issues with getting appointments, getting through on the phone and getting sufficient and timely care. It had taken a year to get necessary tests and labs to determine I needed surgery on my thyroid because they take ages to send referrals and orders. If a member of my family didn’t see the doctor at least once each year, they would drop them and require a new patient cost and 3 month wait, even if they were super sick. I applied with them and I waited for them. At 11am they cancelled without a reason! Horrible way to work!!!!

This practice has some absolutely AMAZING providers, but the customer service is completely non-existent. I have called the last 3 days, and the phone lines have been off for various reasons (today the phone lines are shut down for a meeting at 10am on a Tuesday). When I did get through a month ago, they offered either an appointment a month away or told me to go to urgent care. It's such a bummer that so many amazing providers are at this practice, because it's IMPOSSIBLE to get an appointment to see one. I really don't wan... read more
