I went to the er by ambulance 1-25-26 I had the rudest nurse. If she doesn’t like her job she may want to look for something else that doesn’t involve having a caring heart but just judgement on people who come in the door!!! Cause this she had down to an art!!!! With the ice storm they did let me stay in a trauma room because no one could come get me and there wasn’t any Ubers once I was released. So for this I would give them a higher star rating…

If I could give less than one star, I would. In 2018, my son was suffering from severe back pain, to the point of tears. We took him to St. Joseph Health Madison multiple times because it was the only facility nearby in an emergency. Multiple doctors dismissed his pain, claiming he was just seeking attention and faking his symptoms to get off from going to school. What’s is going on at this place!!! Take away the Quickvist Urgent Care for this place for minor mishaps that can’t wait till?

I was admitted Friday the staff was truly amazing I was very sick somthing was bad wrong they took blood and they knew somthing was wrong stared testing I found out I had cancer the staff treated me like a kingthe very best experience I have ever had in a hospital I feel like every single staff members was angels I truly believe God was there it was to good to be true thank you all so very much
