If I could give less than one star, I would. In 2018, my son was suffering from severe back pain, to the point of tears. We took him to St. Joseph Health Madison multiple times because it was the only facility nearby in an emergency. Multiple doctors dismissed his pain, claiming he was just seeking attention and faking his symptoms to get off from going to school. Despite constant visits to both the ER and his primary care physician, no one took his condition seriously, and his PCP refused to refer him to a specialist becaus... read more

I was admitted Friday the staff was truly amazing I was very sick somthing was bad wrong they took blood and they knew somthing was wrong stared testing I found out I had cancer the staff treated me like a kingthe very best experience I have ever had in a hospital I feel like every single staff members was angels I truly believe God was there it was to good to be true thank you all so very much
My doctor sent me here to get an x ray done and this place never sent my doctor my x ray results. I had to go through Medical Records myself to get my results and send them to my doctor! I had to pay a big copayment upfront and they didn't do what they were suppose to do! This is so inconvenient!
