I hate to say no....but, I experienced some fantastic nurses, ICU care and ICU nurses. The hospital it’s self was terrific. But I used a local cardiologist that came very highly recommended and have never been treated so rudely and ignored. My experience with him and his office has led me to another group not in CS. It’s sad one bad apple can spoil it for all!
My dad received the absolute best care following his surgery! From the doctors to the icu staff he was well taken care of and we couldn’t have asked for better!

I am so thankful for the care and warm welcomes shared from the time I arrived to the moment I left. Dorothy Hester, CRNA., did such a great job, I had no gas pain after my hysterectomy, which is impressive! Melinda Reynolds, RN., welcomed me to the surgery room, Dr. Justin Gayle prayed over me with my husband before surgery, Charissa Siegert RN., pre op nurse was so attentive to my drapes and surgical sleeves as I had Dr. Lacefield to insert my sleeve for my bladder. Deplorable, archaic treatment!!! Doctor Todd Bell needs training, as well as the nurses!!! My friend was there 3 times this week for Mental Health issues, he is on Mental Health Disability. This doctor yelled at him and threatened him. Disgusting!!! Please re-train your employees!!! Rude and uncaring employees!!!

I'm updating my review because I had a great conversation with the in-house billing office, who addressed some of my previous issues with billing. Going forward, I wish their main billing portal office was actually in College Station, but the woman I spoke to was super helpful!
