Place is terrible. My primary did her best but the people at the desk were incompetent and rud
I usually try to veer from giving 1-star reviews. I think that’s mainly because the service I receive tends to err on the more positive 4 to 5-star range. Unfortunately, this entire office is unprofessional, disorganized, and poor with communication. There are definitely about 2-3 SWEET, well-intentioned secretaries that I appreciate, but NO ONE returns phone calls, no one returns voicemail messages, and no one know where to direct me.
