They got us in a room within 30 minutes and within 30 minutes I've seen the doctor, had a catscan, X-ray and my IV and meds in. The nurses really work hard. People need to understand they only have so many beds.
Literally went in with signs of appendicitis, waited 3 hours, no one checked on me in the lobby to make sure I was okay, and Still wasn't seen. I left and went to Mercy and they took exceptional care of me there!
Everyone there treated me with compassion (well all but 2 people). They were concerned for my comfort. The food was very good. Doctors were great@
Great experience! Everyone was so professional, yet personable and nice. Going to the ER is not my favorite thing to do, but if I need to go again, it'll be this one. Great job everyone. Thank you all so much.
They took very good care of me here. They always have St. Joseph is the only hospital I will go to they are the ones I trust they have always taken very good care of me and my family
These ladies are on point!! We had multiple bad experiences this week with another hospital and decided to come to St. Joseph's instead. From the moment Blaire took us under her wings, we knew we in the right hands. 12 hours later we had our crazy beautiful baby girl and the staff hasn't stopped showering us with love and care since! It might be Christmas Eve but we are right where we were meant to be and with best present we could ever dream of! We can't say thank you enough!!
can't say I loved surgery, but all the members of the out patient surgery area were great, I've never had such caring care from every one. thank you Toby, Mary, Joann & Mark. wishing you a very merry christmas . You guys made me feel like a person and not a paitent. your personality with your professional actions was a great combination . I came home and told my family how great I was treated. Thank you
