My older relative tried to see the doctor here and they refused. They are his primary care but they just try to send him to the ER, for a cold.. This place does not care about their patients, they care about money. Very disappointed with the horrific care he has received from this Dr Office.
I’m a DPOA/caregiver for a patient here. The doctors and nurses are very kind and considerate. However, this office is a hot mess. The amount of hours I have spent on the phone trying to get lifesaving prescriptions (heart, thyroid) refilled is unacceptable. On top of that, we often wait over an hour in the waiting room. Follow up appointments are not scheduled and when I call, they often can’t find the digital paperwork showing that I’m one of the people they can talk with. Got Matched with Nicola Keenan then she had a full schedule so I booked and appointment with Meghna Malapeddi. Nancy was the receptionist but Courtney ended up calling my dad instead of me and left me a voicemail. I called back and got someone else and she asked the same questions I got asked before. Dr Cohen is an amazing Doctor is is the best
My father came home from his appointment with no full idea of what went on. He is older but he has 100% cognitive ability but this place flooded him full of information and gave him ZERO paperwork to take home. He mentioned referral to a cardiologist and other issues but there was no paperwork for our family to turn to. Absolutely unacceptable follow up care at this facility. We are left totally guessing
