Worst support staff, and the doctors don’t have time for their patients. I have been trying to get a hold of the office for months. I am now a month past due on a biologic prescription. It is impossible to get a call back from anyone in that office. I have been seeing doctors in this practice for decades. Your best bet is to stay away until they get things figured out.
While the overall experience with staff and the exam itself were good, they advised me to have a mole removed -- a mole I had had zero problems with and that looked the same as it has for years. They wanted to remove it right away, giving me no time to consider other options. In the process of removing the mole, I feel they intentionally caused me significant pain. Didn’t share that they are in building two in the back! Not very thorough and didn’t give any details about what to expect next! I don’t recommend
The Best
Basically the same review as Stewart's. I liked Lanoiz, but I make an appointment to see her, then they send someone else in. They don't care about their patients, they over-book, and make you wait. I don't go there anymore.
