Professional, easy to be seen.
Was pushed to use dupixent on my 3 year old…tried it for a few months and didn’t like it. We told the dr we wanted to stop and she instantly changed her mood and was rude the rest of the appointment. We were asking her questions and she was on her phone and told us she was out of questions on her site for the day. When we stood up to leave her phone screen was on chat gpt. Very nice and up to date facility. Nice and friendly staff coffe and water for guest . I was really impressed.
it’s a good place to go to the providers are all nice but some of the medical assistants Could use some training on the phone. I’m a medical assistant myself so no offense were taught to answer the phone in a polite manner and be understanding of their situation.
