Had got a call from a girl named Julie at the office at Saint Joe dentistry she canceled my appointment for October 22nd because she said I owned them to much money and I paid on my payment yesterday . So Julie decided to take it upon herself to cancel my appointment because she said I owned them to much money to be working on me. mind you I have blue cross blue shield insurance card and I have a health equity card that pays for all my payments she still canceled my appointment and everything I had a panic attack while I was... read more
AFTER GIVING THEM MY INSURANCE THEY ENDED UP GIVING ME A DENTIST VISIT W/ SOMEONE THAT IS NOT ON MY PLAN AND A NORMAL 100% COVERAGE BECAME A CHARGE OF $40. I PADI THE BILL, NO BIG DEAL. BUT THEIR ARROGANCE.--THEY BLAMED ME!!. IF THEY WOULD HAVE APOLOGIZED, I WOULD HAVE STAYED BUT I'M FINDING A NEW OFFICE SINCE I CAN'T TRUST THEM TO KEEP ME W/ SOMEONE ON MY PLAN.
