Made our yearly money go when my dad had cancer and practically made us living great to poorly. Also my dad had hip and shoulder pains but they didn't care and always delayed appointments also said this shot would remove all the pain in 2 days and guess what it's been a month. I have a cat that I got 6 years ago and she has been a blessing for us but guess what after all this my dad had to get rid of our cat because this stupid VA did not help my dad. Love my nurse Practitioner Love the service.
I was told, 2 days ago, by the walk in/triage nurse to not come back to her office unless my condition was life-threatening. ? that's where you're SUPPOSED to go to, as a walk-in patient. I was directed to her office by the receptionist. A veteran shouldn't have to be dying to visit a VA clinic as a walk-in patient. She had no other patients at that time. I only needed a simple prescription for a minor but urgent condition renewed, but she intimated that was beneath her station, and refused. But she made sure to check my blo... read more
