I was told, 2 days ago, by the walk in/triage nurse to not come back to her office unless my condition was life-threatening. ? that's where you're SUPPOSED to go to, as a walk-in patient. I was directed to her office by the receptionist. A veteran shouldn't have to be dying to visit a VA clinic as a walk-in patient. She had no other patients at that time.
