Came in with horrible pain from tooth infection. Not a singl dentist within a hours drive will see me. Have tried multiple clinics, evistnb/maple and o one will provide the simple antibiotics i need. Each place looks at me like i am insane to think i would get any treatment from a medical facility. This entire system is so messed up. Guess i will be forced to take up time at the er for something that should be a simple solution. Understaffing may be an issue, mismanagement is however pathetic
I get all the services that is needed. I have a nurse.nurse practitioner. Vitality mental health. Physio.Alot of my needs are met.The service is fast.And I need them often .And I was never let down. It's really welcoming. I feel these services are really on the lookout for all those that need them.And I was well directed to other specialists when needed. I love St.Joseph health care.
Definately no bedside manners with staff. Dr. Cayard is the laziest doctor I have met. No follow ups. Does not address all concerns. And his answer for everything is to take tyenol.
Staff have always been prompt, polite and professional 😁
