Dr. Jims Jean-Jacques helped me to understand my Afib condition and answered my questions. He made me feel comfortable with his wit and humor. He has a clear plan for treating my Afib which makes me feel that I am in good and capable hands with him and his staff. Thank you so much!
If I could give zero stars, I would. Not sure why I got a text with a link asking me to take a survey about my recent visit. Since I have yet to ever be able to have a visit. I gave up trying. Multiple cancelled appointments. No one ever calls me back, does anyone even work there that does schedule? When I had been rescheduled, twice it was several months, 3+ out. Only to be canceled close to the visit. I try to call, and can't get through. No responses or calls back. Was finally told someone will call me to set something up... read more

I had a very good visit with. Dr. Jim's Jacques. He set my mind at ease and I will follow his instructions which will help me to not be so concerned about my A-Fib .. .
