I had my oil changed 10 days ago. They were AWESOME! Customer service was top notch. I specifically asked if they check all the fluids also. I was told yes. When I cashed out, they said nothing about any of the fluids being low so I figured everything was fine. My mechanic friend checked all my fluids 2 days ago. The tranny fluid was so low it did not even touch the stick. Pretty disappointed.
Outstanding service by competent staff. 5 stars....
