My Mom was taken to the hospital. They took blood when she first came in. No-one came back to check on her, even though I went to the desk several times. I was told let me find out who her nurse is. I never found out who it was. After 5 hours a nurse came in to discharge her. Then & only then was the time they seen her and give us any information. They could definitely do a better job.
That is one � of the best hospital in New York .
The friendliest and most caring staff I've ever met. Very grateful for how they cared for my dad.
The service was quick and the technicians were very understanding with my paranoia of the MRI Machine.
