My husband drove me to St. John's Riverside Hospital Dobbs Ferry Pavilion. I was in heart failure and suffering from sepsis. From the time I entered the emergency room until the day I was discharged a week later, the merdical team worked together flawlessly. They diagnosed a kidney stone that caused a urinary tract infection, cardiac overload, and pneumonia. I was treated with antibiotics and nebulizers. My daughter came in after being poisoned and the doctors brushed it off as anxiety. Even when she said otherwise, they wrote that in the synopsis! We went to the ENT and they were able to help just fine. Not worth wasting 680 dollars on for nothing but a diagnosis.
This is the worst experience I bring a youth for x ray sprain ankle 4 hours nobody reads a XRay how? And I went to docter in Broadway for XRay I took Thursday last week my docter today said no one read my x rays.
terrible unpleasant experience. patients are not considered people. more than three hours of waiting and the doctor did not approach anyone, but simply stood at the computer or talked with the staff. maybe we could have caught his rightful pause at three o'clock? They don’t help, they’re just making money and stalling for what? so that the check is bigger?
