The ER doctor dismissed my concerns without running any tests, immediately stating that nothing could be done aside from giving me medication and sending me home. I went to another hospital the same day and was admitted. The rest of the staff was great, but I won’t be returning.

I was throughly disappointed with the phlebotomy lab this morning and am going to write to the head of the hospital. The lab has a sign that states it opens at 7:30. I checked in upstairs with a lovely receptionist and received my needed paperwork. I waited 35 minutes for the lab to open late at 8:05 am. When the rude woman Myra finally arrived, she offered no explanation nor I'm sorry for the delay but instead informed another patient and I that it would be a few MORE minutes until we would be seen. My unfortunate journey to the emergency room tonight was greatly assisted by Dr. Zareen Khan and Nurse Jean Costello. It didn't seem like they just wanted me to go leave and stop bothering; instead, they genuinely wanted to help and find a solution with prestige care. They treated my situation with extreme caution, and it seemed extremely comfortable and easy to talk to them.
