St. John’s Ridge wasn’t a positive experience. Received violations from the HOA for my car tires being parked less than six inches off driveway on our own lawn, and putting out our garbage pail a few days in advance due to vacation. Community is also overall unfriendly. This community is a revolving door. Due diligence is highly recommended.
This is where we live and it's very nice community..
hoa sucks, glad we moved out of here.
