Don't moved here. Started charging residents for ARC forms plus an application fee plus they want 40.00 dollars per house that participate in a community yard sale. These are just a few examples of the money
St. John’s Ridge wasn’t a positive experience. Received violations from the HOA for my car tires being parked less than six inches off driveway on our own lawn, and putting out our garbage pail a few days in advance due to vacation. Community is also overall unfriendly. This community is a revolving door. Due diligence is highly recommended.
