Update: The owners are frauds and have scammed my family as well as many others out of our money.
These folks were some of the most shady people in Jacksonville, so glad they're out of business now
These people took over Casa Grande apartments. I always paid my rent on time. Lost hours at my job. I explained that to them. Before I could catch up they quickly put a eviction on me. They wanted me to pay every week which they known I get paid every two weeks. While I was at work. My neighbor called me and said they were in my place throwing my things out. They also stole my daughter brand new bunk beds. I tried calling them no answer just to settle this. Now I can not find no where to stay for me and my daughter.
I will never rent from these people again! Yes they "manage" our apartment but there is no office where we live so we constantly deal with loud obnoxious neighbors, our grass doesn't get cut except in small patches. I had to threaten not pay rent just to get maintenance done that is listed in the lease... Worse place I've ever rented!!
