Today, I had the worst service ever from a doctor. I have been going to see the doctor at 129th since Dr. Lichtenstein was practicing there. I made an appointment to see Dr. Lee for 3:15pm. I got there at 3:05pm. At approximately 4:36pm the Dr. saw me. At 3:38pm I was in my car. The dr. spent 1 minute with me--literally. This is outrageous. I told her that I have been waiting since 3:05pm and that I had a 3:15pm appmt. She apologized and said that I should have told her staff. They usually get me in quick, hardly a wait at the office. They always made sure my visits and such are properly covered by my insurance. I wish they were open on the weekends though.
