Came in to have my silver link watch band exchanged for a leather version, process was very quick and the customer service was excellent! Shoutout to Adrian who replaced my watch band, he made the swap very quickly and was great to talk with!

My sister and I frequent St John’s as we begin the emotional journey of going through our family’s heirlooms. I cannot say enough good things about this local jeweler. They are patient, they are kind, they are informative and they are so professional. They never make us feel like any question is too small to answer. Found this jewelry store through a google search to get permanent jewelry for my daughter and I. This was one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve ever had. From the second we walked in we were greeted warmly and treated like old friends the entire time we were there.
