I visited the ER and became hospitalized here for three days. Even with a busy full ER and hospital floor the staff was nothing short of amazing. I was constantly checked on, accommodated well and everyone was very warm and welcoming. The doctors kept me updated throughout the entire process and nurses made sure I was very comfortable. A huge thank you to Dr. Owens and Dr. Gil for being equally informative and kind. Truly an amazing experience during a hard time.
I went to the Camarillo Hospital ER early on a weekday morning. It was not crowded. However, I waited so long for care...it was concerning. When I finally saw the doctor...she ordered tests. I was in the ER for almost 10 hours. I was never offered a bite to eat... I did finally have to ask for some water. I felt the care was OK...but it sure took a long time to diagnose and treat me! A very long day...
I just had robotic assisted hernia surgery and everything was great. I checked in at 7:00 AM and left at 2:30 PM. Everyone from the check-in to the discharge was terrific. Every staff, tech, nurse, couldn't have been nicer or more caring. I'm 78 years old and this was my first surgery since age 9. A great experience all around.
