Horrible experience! I ended up going in with abdominal pain and getting surgery. ED staff was pleasant and attentive. Nursing staff once I was admitted was horrible!!!!! I was begging for medication to help symptoms and woke up from surgery dripping sweat (thermostat was at 75), having to pee. I took myself for the first time after surgery to the restroom, managing my IV pole. I waited over an hour for ice water and had to beg for Benadryl. Awful experience avoid!!!!!!!!
MONEY MONEY MONEY!!!! Watch out for shady billing practices. I was offered a discount if I paid in full, so I paid the discounted rate. A couple months later they started trying to bill me for the amount of the discount they offered. That's a disgusting thing to do to sick people, particularly since we all know hospitals overcharge for everything anyway. They also wanted to discharge an elderly family member of mine the morning after a major surgery and this person had complications so they could have died if we had agreed. ... read more
Hospital care from MD to nurses to assistants on down showed professionalism in their own status. I'm glad the hospital showed human kindness in every aspect of patient care and lived up to its mission.
Unexpectedly, I got sick in California while on vacation, but everyone at the hospital was so awesome and made me feel right at home very friendly very clean facility. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, continue to be the best! Thank you again.
