All of the staff are extremely friendly! However, I asked for a printed prescription for my contacts and glasses when I left and the prescription for my contacts was wrong. Originally, this was no big deal - they had to reorder my trials and I did not mind waiting a couple of extra days. Well now I’m trying to order my new contacts through my insurance and the prescription is still wrong on my MyEyeDr account. I have called at least 4 different times to try and get this corrected and everytime they say that they need to talk... read more
Bought Rayban Meta Glasses from here and they void the warranty on the frames if you get the lenses with insurance. Sketchy. Stay away IMO.
I went there for the first time for an eye exam because it’s close to my new house. The staff is OK. Nothing great. I’m on my way out. There was a blue haired employee working there. Not very professional. It is a medical office not a nightclub. Please present yourself professionally while working.
I Loved the place, it was unique experience getting an eye exam today in the year of 2025, then the year of 1989, lol 😂. Dr. Moinipour she was expert in giving me details about my eye exam and knew what steps to for me to take to getting my eyes checked out later on in the future and the atmosphere had a good vibe at this place.
