Low income discrimination. The website BOASTS equality and the acceptance of ALL INSURANCE, and will allow you to set your own appointments at any location. However, since this location isn't in a low income area, or an area with a heavy POC population, they called me the next day to tell me THE RICHER LOCATIONS LIKE THIS ONE CHOOSE NOT TO ACCEPT MEDICAID. Reporting false advertisement and discrimination to BBB.
I’m very disappointed with the lack of communication from St. Johns Eye Associates. I’m having a problem with a recent pair of glasses and have called several times, both in the morning and afternoon. I have also left multiple voicemails, but no one has returned my calls. I understand that offices can be busy, but patients should receive a response, especially when there is a problem with a recent purchase. I hope someone from the office contacts me soon and helps resolve this issue.
Everyone at St. Johns Eye Associates was so friendly and professional. The staff made the entire experience easy, and my doctor was thorough and took the time to answer all of my questions. Highly recommend!
