Revised: The local staff have always been kind and helpful, and my frustration is not with them. Unfortunately, since the change in ownership/management, MyEyeDr has become incredibly frustrating to deal with. After handling my insurance correctly for the past three years, they filed my claim incorrectly and tried to stick me with a nearly $1,000 bill. They’ve been bought by a private equity and forgot everything overnight. MyEyeDr is terrible to work with. I am having to call my own insurance to trouble shoot how they filed a claim wrong after they try sticking me with an incorrect $1000 bill. Instead of them resolving, I had to do it myself. Something that had been done right for the past 3 years before being bought out. The inconvenience of incompetence is not worth the fancy facade. I’ll be taking my next appointment elsewhere.

Low income discrimination. The website BOASTS equality and the acceptance of ALL INSURANCE, and will allow you to set your own appointments at any location. However, since this location isn't in a low income area, or an area with a heavy POC population, they called me the next day to tell me THE RICHER LOCATIONS LIKE THIS ONE CHOOSE NOT TO ACCEPT MEDICAID. Reporting false advertisement and discrimination to BBB.
