This hospital used a antibiotic on my aunt that was pulled off market years before and it shut down her organs one by one til it eventually killed her.they knew they wasn’t supposed to use that on her.especially with a weak immune system.they used her as a genuine pig to see if that antibiotic can be used.they even amputated her foot against her will...smfh I will never go there if I was dying.
This hospital is absolutely the worst and if you care about your loved one, DO NOT send them here. My relative died at this facility and the hospital never notified us of their death. We found out only after the medical examiner took possession of the body. This facility should be shut down.

He was a brother a son a father a friend taken from the world before his time because of Neglect and negligence by the doctors and staff of St. John’s Episcopal so many live loss because of this place WE NEVER GOING TO LET THIS GO HIS FAMILY NEED ANSWERS WE WILL NEVER FORGET YOU COUPE 💕💕💕
Nurses don't communicate to the new shift regarding concerns (ie patient bleeding massively after surgery anytime he puts his leg down), physical therapists are either unavailable or just don't answer when nurses call after orthopedic surgery is done, doctors are patronizing but not proactive, disappointing that this is Rockaway's only local option.
From 11:00 pm till now 4:00 am I'm unable to see the triage nurse to have my daughter's hand stitched . 4 hours and unable to see anyone and none at the hospital to see us!!!! I feel we are I.the 3rd world
