I had a telephonic appointment yesterday and I guess I answered too fast because the lady was in the middle of calling me names. She knew I heard and the fact that she didn’t even apologize and kept going like she didn’t do anything wrong bothered me the most. I recognized her voice and its the woman with red hair. I have had wonderful appointments here and have never experienced something so unprofessional and rude.
Esta clínica de Lynwood me gusta como me atienden todos son muy amables en especial Jannet Covarrubias que desde el principio de mi embarazo me atendió muy bien.
The time for waiting for the labs was bad and horrendous this is because we are fasting the whole morning to end up coming and being the first ones here and end up waiting like a whole hour. Then more people cam and they got attend before us. Also every time we would ask something they would say "just a moment" and never responded.
