Been sent here 2 different times with 2 different kids (my son 4yrs ago, and our granddaughter just last Wednesday) this is by far the absolute worst Children's hospital I've ever been to. Please take your kids elsewhere, this hospital needs investigated.
I had the worst experience with this hospital during my daughter’s week long stay in April 2018 after being diagnosed with Crohns. This horrible experience included staff threatening to call DCFS and several security guards rushing into the room. All this happened over them trying to keep us against our will even though they said she would be discharged the next day. It was unbelievable how they treated us.l for absolutely no reason.
