So fast and efficient! The ladies there were so wonderful! It was pretty busy and I was nervous as always when I get my blood drawn. My girlfriend came in to sit and wait but they asked if I needed assistance and I said no and that if she needed to leave I understand given the pandemic. The receptionist was very nice about it and said sweetly that they would take care of me. After getting checked in they immediately directed me to the lab room and to choose a chair. The ladies here were lovely! Dot, Kita, & Bev all had such upbeat kind/smiley personalities & made my visit wonderful! Dot drew my blood with excellence & efficiency, I usually have nad experiences with this. However, she proved me it can be done right!
So let me start off by saying I will be Filing a formal complaint after my visit today at 3:47 p.m. Eastern August 23rd 2019. I am new to Saint John Providence, Which is why I am so thoroughly disappointed at the service I received here. My doctor sent me down here after my appointment to get labs done.
