I took my son in today to get his blood drawn and the two ladies that were working truly went above and beyond to make it such a special joyful experience!!!! They were so lovely and kind. I had to leave a review because I appreciated their kindness and silliness so much! 🩷
The tech who did my blood work today was wonderful. She was pleasant, efficient and caring. I have had many blood draws. There is usually soreness and bruising. Not today! I can’t even see where the needle went in. Perfect! I am sorry I can’t remember her name. She deserves recognition .
I went there on Tuesday Sept 17 morning and my script did not have a diagnosis on it and so I got the diagnosis on it and went back on Wednesday Sept 18 morning and got treated poorly because it did not have a diagnosis code on it and the lady was very rude about it but there was a diagnosis and she acted like she could not look it up to find the code. I will not be back!!
I have been going here for years but will never go again. Went to get blood work done and had the rudest customer service interaction. I am still in disbelief with how the lady spoke to me and what she said. I didn’t think you could have a bad customer experience just giving blood but I guess I was wrong.
The staff is always welcoming, professional, customer oriented and skilled. This is the Ascension lab i go to because i feel very welcome.
