I love coming to this hospital because my problems always get found with no questions ask and the staff is very nice and helpful including the doctors .
The WORST pedeatric staff ever! I had to remind them over and over when and what my child was suppose to receive. If I didnt he would of just layed there, dead for all they care.
If the hospital is going to have a bad day, its the one when I come in. It took 45minutes to drop fluids to the lab. I think it was lunch time as there was no one on the desk. They are initiating a new accounting system and it was Saturday, so they probably were understaffed. There no magazines or reading materials. Just a sign in sheet.
My daughter received the worst care ever, the staff rude, unprofessional and not caring. The commericals are wrong about this hospital no one knew what they were doing and everyone blamming someone else. My daughter could of died and they would still be saying "oh we are sorry it is not our fault." I told my husband even if I am dying do not take me to this poorly run hospital! I give it a 1 as one of theworst.
