I'd give 5 stars for the PT and OT on the 3rd floor, it's good. I'd give the dermatology room a 1 star. I need a dermatologist too, so I set theirs up because they said both blue cross and CareSource is covered, so i had to wait for 3 months... Being glad it's time to finally start working on my skin, NOPE... Blue Cross is covered, but said CareSource, the second cover, was not with them... Said I'd need to lose CareSource to get insured?? I seriously don't understand why, makes no sense and was a waist of time,
The therapist was nice, but then I got the bill. I had 3 30 minute or less sessions with no equipment. Basically showed me how to do a few exercises and then observed me. The bill was $880. Almost $600 per hour. No surgery, no equipment. I called the office and the response was everything was documented.
