BE ADVISED: This is not a normal pharmacy. It is located on the 2nd floor inside the Community Mental Health building. While open to the public, meaning you don't have to be a CMH patient to use them, it wasn't quite what I was looking for. They were very helpful anyway so 5 stars ladies, thank you.
The staff at the Lansing location on Jolly can be a hit or miss. There are a few ladies that are quite kind however there is always a tall gentleman with brunette hair and a shorter lady standing at the computers when you enter. In my experiences they tend to not have the best customer service skills
I am a CMH employee and use the pharmacy often. Service is always fast and friendly. Staff are efficient and knowledgable. Over the counter meds are very reasonable and they can order just about anything for you and you'll have it in a couple of days. Having the pharmacy in the Jolly building is convenient. Thank you Ascension staff. 😎
