Rude and racist lady at the reception. Complained to the manager but no response from her. I guess they foster a culture where racism is promoted otherwise they would have taken some action or atleast shown the respect to reply to my formal complaint against the receptionist! Update: I didn’t visit a hospital, it was your office in Wellington St, Perth. I’ve now forwarded the complaint that I sent earlier to the manager. To the people reading this, I’ll provide an update as soon as I hear anything back from them.

Cutting surgeons surgical times for complex cases because they don’t generate enough money is disgraceful. You’re forcing fully insured patients into the public system out of pure greed and the patients suffer. I had a very complex procedure done where you billed my insurance company $30k AND I left hospital with a pressure injury because staff did not acknowledge my concerns.
