That is second time , I have appointment and I receive the message before around 3 months as reminder, then after 20 minutes from the appointment time ,the psychiatrist Mr Ahmad calls to inform me you missed the appointment and need to pay the expensive fees for appointment I was not reminded of before one or two days . That is really unprofessionalism administration, need lot of update for the way communicating with clients to deliver messages to them or to be friendly .
I see Dr. Tam Luu, from the beginning, I felt genuinely heard and respected. Unlike some past experiences with other psychiatrist where medications were prescribed very quickly, she took the time to truly understand what I was going through before recommending any treatment. She listens carefully, asks thoughtful and thorough questions, and shows real care for her patients’ wellbeing. I would highly recommend Dr. Tam Luu.
Diagnoses are often made after a brief consultation. Patients are then told that they will have to take medication for the rest of their lives to correct a chemical imbalance in the brain.

I have been visiting a member of my family in the past couple of weeks. Firstly..I found that the whole place is dark and depressing from the time I entered the building. The whole floor on level 1 had a bad odour, the room was stuffy and the grey sheet/bedspread was cheap and poor and everything in the toilet/bathroom was old and falling apart. Overall...the environment is not helpful for patients who are experiencing mental illness...as I can see and sad to say that it will make them more depressed. The only positive thing... read more
