Hands down the best hospital Experience I have ever had. I went in for a day surgery and the bedside care I received along with the warmth and kindness I Expierenced from the nurses & drs was truly wonderful. I have never felt so safe in my life in a hospital setting. I would also like to highlight the cleanliness of the part of the hospital I was in, it was literally CLEAN CLEAN. The care for older patients is discussing my mother was treated as a very unimportant patient l am discussed in her treatment never get sent to this hospital not for the elderly

In ward 2 West for two nights after turp surgery. Most all staff attentive to their work . But I've never been in such a noisy ward of a hospital in my life. Had no sleep first night. Second night had some good sleep via earplugs and closing door . But some very noisy talks in ward too.

Op and care very good especially nurses.We, all on 2nd floor 217 me 219 my brother in same time.Were given ear plugs told it was noisy at night buzzing non stop more like it.Very distressing,sleep disturbance.Surely this could be fixed.Also l am elderly and my condition causes confusion,l was sent home after surgery after 1 night in there.Doc oked it but were told l had to leave l am struggling at home ,my wife has heart issues,it has distressed her.I get you want people out as soon as,but look into there circumstances first... read more
