Worst hospital experience! I had several surgery’s at ones. Was to be outpatient but my dr decided I need to stay the night. Saw so many uneducated drs. One dr would tell me one thing the another would say something different. I was told to call when I need to use the rest room no one came for 45 minutes after my call light was on. I had to get up to the commode while my IV was attached but I couldn’t move the pole and stand at the same time. I was also in leg compress. As I sit in the waiting room for surgery I was able to share and listen into everyone's update from surgeon after surgeon after surgeon. Anyone hear of a HIPPA law
I want to give a huge thank you to Nurse Tara, Steven, Kim, and Dr. Mortimore and Dr. Gowda for taking such incredible care of my mom. From the ER to the neuro floor to the MICU, every single one of you was attentive, compassionate, and truly dedicated. You treated my mom with kindness and made a very difficult time easier for our family. I would highly recommend this team to anyone with a loved one who is sick. Thank you for everything you’ve done.
Was admitted in this hospital room 265 two months ago. My phone got missing was wrapped in the linens and sent to the soiled linen room. Made a report with security and kept calling to find my missing phone. Security said they are not responsible for any pt belongings. I can't believe this. This hospital is insecure and very irresponsible. I don't recommend this hospital for no reason whatsoever
I had my surgery here to remove a lobulated mass (Cancer) on my Right lower lobe.Dr. Oktavijan Minanov. He Is wonderful. He guided me threw the operation. He is a angel. He saved my life. He is the best ,such an amazing Doctor. All the nurses. MISS Rayven, MISS Alex MISS Alexis,& MISS Marjorie & a housekeeper Leeaira.They are the best nurses.Too..They deserve a rise in their pay.
