For all the staff they have, it takes hours for water, to see a doctor,meds for relief, and processing for release. Noone has any urgency or look of concern. These "nurses" are on thier phones and having a great time with each other. This place is stealing money. Period. We were transferred here, never again. Even with my blue cross and blue shield, even with us being polite and patient. We have been forgotten for 6 of the 8 hours here. My sister's purse, bookbag, and coat were stolen out of her room while she was in there SLEEP...security didn't do anything ..we believe it was one of the staff members... absolutely pathetic hospital... Can't even have peace of mind while you're sick
