I came to pick up a close friend and her medication after discharge. Unfortunately the pharmacy was closed; fortunately Rachel from pathology was kind enough to walk me to the pharmacy in the ER to pick up the medicine. As a nurse, I have to give a great review because she was off work and it’s not often that people are this helpful (especially on a Friday). Thank you Rachel from pathology! Your kindness is exactly what healthcare needs!
absolutely preposterous. my mother was in agonizing pain and it took 3 hours for them to call her back and they said they were going to give her a cat scan. My mother waited 45 minutes for an IV and nothing happened. We went somewhere else for better service.
Henry Ford should be ashamed by the decline of St. John Hospital. The wait just to enter the emergency room area was an hour. Sick people were piled in the entrance, no organization at all.
