I can’t believe a hospital is allowed to treat patients and family members with such disrespect. I understand that you’re understaffed and busy but your staff needs compassion training, especially the girls at the ER front desk. They are rude, condescending and talk about you while you’re standing right in front of them. You are a hospital and provide care to people! You can’t just treat them like garbage. If you hate your job and life that much, find a different field to work in! I’m appalled.
