Put this review off for way too long. Gave this place too many chances.... Waiting time ridiculous no matter how early you arrive, receptionist sucks it's like they're reading from a damn script on what to say and just repeating the same thing and cuts you off mid sentence to just to repeat the same thing and the patients are ALWAYS WRONG! Rude and unprofessional cut people off in a middle of a sentence talk down to people,lack of customer service and experience sounds like you are reading from a scripted document,the doctors do not follow up on prescriptions with the pharmacy countless times I've went to pick up a script and it's not there.I'm taking my mother out of this place and finding another doctor.... I WISH THERE WAS A NEGATIVE STAR I COULD GIVE
Care is okay. I was automatically sent here after my regular doc for years quit practicing. They continue to act like I’m a huge inconvenience and prepare to be dismissed over almost everything and treated like a criminal over medications (no matter how long you’ve been on them or your need for said medications). Im in between insurance right now and almost out of all maintenance medications and just going to wean myself off of them because I was told today they will NOT allow you to be seen without insurance?
